Import Credit Card Transactions

Administrators can automatically import credit card transactions and re-assign to employees.

Define Price per Mile

Price per mile is generally defined at the company level, but SutiExpense allows you to set a price per mile at the employee level, if needed.

Dynamic Attendees

Allows users to add attendees dynamically so we remember when adding the same attendee again.

Email Log

Maintains an email log that records every email sent to employees from the system.

GPS

Capture point-to-point mileage by starting and stopping the GPS function on the mobile app. Mileage will be calculated automatically and populated onto your report.
