The new features of the software streamline the onboarding process and allow administrators to create approval workflows for employee compensation and & jobs. The automated workflows eliminate repetitive manual steps, and automatically route the application to the next person in the workflow, send notifications, and ensure that every step of the approval process is completed.

The system helps HR administrators easily export timesheet data to the ConnectWise® application. In additional, users are now able to customize their self-service dashboard around the information used most.

Time Management

SutiHR timesheet data can now be easily exported to the ConnectWise® application.

The solution allows HR administrators to select required time off and timesheet notifications to be sent.

HR administrators can customize the sort order of time-off requests.

The application provides an option for HR administrators to limit time-off day/hours that employees can apply for. If required, time-off applied for the upcoming year can be deducted from the current year balance.

The solution automatically sends email notifications to both the employee and manager(s) when a time-off request has timed out.

Personnel

HR administrators can create approval workflows for employee compensation or compensation & job. Once an approval workflow is created, an email notification will be sent to the approvers along with the compensation details.

Approvers can approve/reject compensation from their self-service dashboard. Email templates have been added to the personnel module. HR administrators can customize the email templates as required.

The solution enables HR administrators to add multiple documents (non-eSign and eSign) when creating onboarding tasks.

HR administrators can create onboarding task groups and automatically assign to employees.

HR administrators and managers can give awards to their team members. Employees can like awards from their self-service dashboard.
