Ticket cancellations, which were previously done offline by agents based on customer requests, can now be done online with the use of the Galileo ticket cancellation option.

Meal Request

Customers who travel through INDIGO Airways can now request a meal at the time of ticket booking.

GRN Connect

The integration of GRN connect allows additional online hotel booking content.

Cash on Delivery

Previously, customers were required to pay at the time of booking. Now, agents can provide an option to their customers to make payments after the booking.
