Options to view or hide the managers’ assessment are also available. The solution provides options for HR managers to allow employees to view manager assessment and provide feedback.
When adding a KPI to a goal, if defined as smart, the solution automatically calculates the goal progress based on the specified target value and achieved value.
When creating new goals for an employee, managers can now align that individual goal to an existing business or department goal.
